Master Scheduling (Located at Huntingburg Corporate Office)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 
Schedule orders with best possible date based on capacity and material availability 
Communicate with Customer Service and Plant personnel on daily exceptions
Communicate with Purchasing on hot orders to ensure materials get ordered and arrive when needed
Moving orders up or out within system based on Customer Service request
Expedite cancellations, make sure all materials get cancelled in a timely manner
Update the On Time to Customer Report weekly   
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Production knowledge required 
Communication skills
Works well with others
Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Oracle system preferred but not required (training available)
Flexible hours; good attendance is required
