LA Resource Market manager/Customer Experience Coordinator

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Manage/maintain the showroom/product displays in a manner that is consistent with the OFS Brands core mission and values commitment.  Ensure that all resources critical in closing sales opportunities, are current, available and in good condition.  Provide sales teams and customers with accurate quotations and professional presentations for OFS Brands’ products. Assists regional sales team members with all requests while in the showroom as well as in the field to meet the requests/needs of our customers and new business initiatives.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
Provide exceptional Customer Service with Reps, Dealers, OE, CS and Sales Management teams
Professional phone etiquette
Identify and troubleshoot problems in an effective and timely way
Provide general daily, weekly and monthly maintenance for showroom
Conduct showroom tours while providing an exceptional customer experience
Event planning for customers, vendors, reps
Ability to prep and deliver samples to various sites
Fulfill pricing requests for Field Reps and Dealers (Same Day)
Manage FIR Process

Previous experience in event planning, sales, or other related field
