ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: 
Set up model numbers, ordering options, component parts, bill of materials, and routings in ERP system
Set up product master data for Order Entry
Perform root-cause analysis for master data-related order issues
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Scheduling, Order Management, and Technology Departments to ensure standards are met and maintained across platforms
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Excel 
Highly detail-oriented and analytical
Eagerness to understand how ERP systems work and how different setups/modules affect one another
Love of problem-solving
Desire for learning new processes and software
Aspiration for being part of a fun-loving, close-knit team of great people
Adaptable to change
Ability to multi-task 
 
 
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
 
Post-secondary degree preferred but not required
Experience in Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP system desired but not requires
Prior classes or exposure to programming a plus
