The event, attended by students and key leaders in the design industry, showcased Bryan's expertise and explored the impact of emerging technologies on the future of design.
Mark Bryan: A Visionary in Foresight and Design
Mark Bryan, a Senior Foresight Manager with a specialization in built environment, hospitality, retail, restaurants & CPG, brought his extensive experience in workplace strategy, design, and futurism to the forefront. As a board member of the IIDA Equity Council, Bryan is recognized for his expertise in psychology, culture, and human behavior, emphasizing their role in shaping the future.
Keynote Presentation: How Emerging Technologies are Shaping the Future of the Design Industry
Mark Bryan's presentation delved into the transformative power of emerging technologies, including AI, digital twins, XR technologies, additive manufacturing, and synthetic biology. The audience was taken on a journey through strategic foresight and its application in re-perceiving uncertainties arising from these technologies.
Following the keynote event, attendees had the chance to switch gears and engage in a networking session with students and prominent leaders in the design industry. This provided a platform for meaningful connections, fostering collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
